  Realization of the 2i Rete Gas new Data Centers. I was the Program Manager for the two projects- realization of a new Data Center (Primary and Disaster Recovery); - application migration. I was responsible for the delivery of the entire infrastructure (server, storage, network, firewall, load balancer) and of the application migration; the key elements of the project were:- identification and sharing of requirements with the Client;- definition of clear, measurable and achievable objectives;- infrastructure and migration design with a proper balance among the project constraints: quality, scope, time, costs, risks and resources;- infrastructure and migration execution;- monitoring and control the project execution;- project closure.The overall project was divided in two subprojects: - “Infrastructure”. Data center set up with the following Technologies: Storage EMC, server UCS, Firewall CheckPoint, Backup DataDomain, Load Balancer F5, all duplicated for Primary and DR sites.- “Application migration”: 11 application migrated, related to four environment: Production, Preproduction, Test and Development (more than 200 Virtual Machine and 10 databases).Total Resources involved in the program: more than 40.
