  Prepare and keep schedule for contract, service, & inspections. • Evaluate time-and-material (T&M) service orders for completed costs and scope of work, process invoices in accordance with standard billing practices.  Manage data in spreadsheets and reports. • Prepare communications, such as emails, work orders, reports, and other correspondence. • Consulting with the Design Department, using my field experience, to assist design to better assist the field technicians. • Estimating – sending proposals for service work and small construction finish outs. • Scheduling routine maintenance for branch division fleet.  Work closely with managers to oversee daily operations. • Handle decisions regarding the scheduling and movement of resources and material based on the nature of service calls, urgency, contractual obligation, and availability. • Verifying submitted employee time to ensure proper hours are entered to the correct project. • Accurately detail, design and estimate fire sprinkler systems. • Perform on-site surveys to ensure design and installation accuracy. • Coordinate with Project Management and local authorities to ensure all documentation and approvals are delivered. Maintain and oversee shop inventory. • Recruit, train and ensure technicians have a complete understanding of projects scope and safety expectations.  Perform all other duties as assigned. Show less
