  We perform structural and modal analyses on mechanical components and complete assemblies with the aim of improving the design and the overall behavior of our products. I take on the role of design expert on bearings and lubricants (greases and oils) performing on request both comparative analysis between different suppliers and life checks on our applications. Currently I am in charge of the development, construction and future tests on a test bench for bearing supports. For all fields of specialization we offer support to other business functions.   We perform tests of product development, product validation and COP (conformity of production) in accordance with the rules provided for our sector and customer request.We perform validation plan for OEM customers.We realize equipment for testing the endurance of our products, acquiring the parameters of interest with software and acquisition system NI, DEWE and GraphTech.We perform data analysis and provides results to Technical Office.We test products with environmental testing chamber (up to +120°C down to -40°C), both low and high pressure (200 bar from line, 700bar with multiplier and nitrogen, up to 1000bar for hydraulic pressing).We perform tests to find the noise or search for conditions of vibration of our products. We work with the technical department to introduce solutions to reduce or eliminate the problems of noise and vibration.We perform endurance tests on vibrating table.Head of Engine test bench: We perform tests both product development and durability testing directly with component on the engine.We follow also the maintenance and the construction of facilities for testing: high pressure air line, environmental chambers, engine test bench, roller benches, LPG experimental plant.   In free time I devote myself to activities related to the world of Motorsport. In July 2008 I bought a Subaru Impreza and over the years I have participated in several amateur competitions. I started with some driving courses: basic course rally driving; intermediate rally driving course: slalom competition on small circuit (2nd place on lap improvements); advanced course sporty driving on snow and ice; three driving courses drift. Refurbishing of shock absorbers. After some track day and drift round suspensions deserted me... so I bought a set of used dampers that need to be restored. Besides restoring I re-designed part of the shock absorber to reduce problems of wear and breakage of the hydraulic: oil pipes that go to the gas' cylinders are no longer connected to the side but above the head of the shock absorber, so once mounted they aren't included below the wheel arches but inside the engine compartment (front) and in the luggage compartment (rear). This required the re-design of the upper part of the shock absorbers and the "top mounts" (front and rear). The end result once made pieces, performed surface treatments and reassembled shocks is shown in the picture below.
