I earned experience machining parts in a model shop. I also supported manufacturing engineers in building test fixtures for sub-assemblies. My duties included diagnosing, repairing, modifying and qualifying test fixtures. I gained experience with pneumatic components like solenoid valves, fittings, pressure gauges/transducers, flowmeters, simple electrical circuits and leak checking.
