As a Tutor in the Salesforce Consultant course I closely work with students to fill in some gaps, the focus is on get the Salesforce Associate Certificate and the Salesforce Admin I Certificate. Preparing PowerPoint presentations, to show students the theory behind the hands-on practice provided by Trailhead, is one of my task. Building small projects to develop together on the Org., such as : - Creating an App on the Sales/Service Console; - Add/Remove/Freeze a User, Basic User Management knowledge; -Understanding the reason behind and creating Record Types/Page Layouts, Adapting List Views; - Creating a Data Model using Schema Builder and use tools(eg. The Change the World Model United Nations that took place at the Un headquarter in New York city, gave me the opportunity to first grow as a person by meeting many other peers from other countries with shared interests. On the one hand, I gained knowledge on how to write a position paper, carrying out reaserches with the aim to present the final working paper. The three topics were : The incidence of NCD's in Madagascar; The access to potable water by the local population; The increase of drug usage in more populated area of urbanized city of the region. On the other hand, this experience was the input for my academic interests to grow in sustainable development and gender studies. Show less
