Department Computational Hydrosystems (CHS) - Group of Multiscale Modeling and Simulation Development of a mathematical model based on ordinary differential equations able to be combined with biological experiments in order to investigate the differentiation processes of a particularly important group of immune cells called T lymphocyte. Consecutively, this model will be extended to predict the effects of environmental chemicals on this differentiation process. This extended model will allow assessing the impact of environmental chemicals on the differentiation process of T lymphocytes. Show less
