I had the pleasure to know Giorgio when he was exploring Silicon Valley out of a crazy trip he started with a friend of him. Without knowing anybody here they showed up at meetups, met new people, discovered new ways of thinking and became used to the Valley's mind set. As an Italian entrepreneur living in the Bay Area, I admired Giorgio's entrepreneurial spirit and became also a fan of his work. He helped Watchup refine its 1.0 visual interface which needed to be polished, helped design some ad banners and, perhaps most notably, crafted a beautiful app icon we have used for several months. He then had to focus on another client but we occasionally work with him when he has time and he recently joined us for our Italian launch in Rome showing also great networking and communication skills as he helped maintaining our presence at the Google Big Tent conference.
