  As Operation Director at 365villas, leading Property Management Software with clients in more than 56 countries, I am responsible the company's general operations and training effort, including training for new prospects, existing users and new employees.In particular, I manage the support and training team (based in London, Padova and Ho Chi Minh City) in order to achieve maximum business performance and customer satisfaction and retain.I am also involved in strategic aspects of the company and in particular:-Acting as strategic advisor to the CEO.-Analysing the fast-changing short-stay let market and identifying new needs-Functionality development: work closely with the Art and IT department to design, develop and implement new functionality, often requested by the user.-Liaising with third-party integraters and other partners such as technology providers (channel manager, payment solutions, listing websites).   I joined 365Villas when it was a start-up with clients only in the US and I was involved in 90% of the onboarding of customers in the following three years, reaching the number of customers in 56 countries. My daily operations would involve the whole onboarding process.-One-to-one conference calls where I collected user's needs and explain how to address them with our solution;-Email and live chat support;-Follow up phone calls;-Collecting feedback from the users (either system problems or requests for enhancements) and work with the designer and development team to address them-Negotiation of the terms of contracts, in particular when special requirements or functionality were requests.
