It’s my pleasure to provide recommendation for George Gagua. George is very charismatic and friendly person. He was my former colleague and was working as a database manager. I was impressed with his work ethic, besides he is able to work under pressure. George is very self-confident, helpful, and smart.

Since 2019, I have served as President of the Academician F. Todua Student Scientific Society. On June 25, 2019, this society was created. In 2019, some projects were completed. At the "First Student Conference in Neuroscience," people celebrated Academician Ivane Beritashvili's 135th birthday and the 100th anniversary of the first physiological laboratory at Tbilisi State University. With the help of our society, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Tbilisi State University's Faculty of Medicine and Klaipeda University. Students from Tbilisi State University's Faculty of Medicine will be eligible to obtain medical internships as a result of this memorandum. Also, we want to sign a memorandum of understanding with other research groups so that we can work together on programmes for both countries. Our society is conducting a study on "Assessing SARS-CoV-2 Infection Awareness Among Higher Education Students." About 400 students participated in the study. The study uses a modified version of the questionnaire provided by WHO. The obtained data will be statistically processed in SPSS, after which the results will be published. The study aimed to determine the degree of awareness about the new coronavirus infection caused by SARS-CoV-2, to assess the level of knowledge and practice of preventive measures among undergraduate students of educational institutions, and to check the quality of communication between the population and representatives of the health sector. One of the main functions and goals of our society is to involve students in scientific activities. In collaboration with the Dean of the Faculty, we were able to create the so-called "Science Pyramid." What does this programme give the students? 1. Increased scientific interest 2. Improvement of research skills as the student makes use of the scientific databases listed below 3. While working with a doctoral student, a student runs a portfolio. Show less
