  Maintain all HR functions, for 100+employees. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Manage staffing process from needs assessment through on boarding -identify needs, prepare job descriptions, source, interview, test, reference check, coordinate medicals/ drug tests, orient/ onboard employees for salaried and hourly- rated employees. Work with local management to investigate and resolve grievances/ employee concerns, as appropriate. Prepare statistical reports related to labor and employee relation’s activities, to identify problem areas such as turnover, grievances, development issues etc. Investigate and verifies pay discrepancies. Coordinate FMLA and other time off policies. HSEEnsure all new hire and employees complete timely safety training. OSHA Challenge, attend all safety quarterly meetings.
