      When I began teaching at Dripping Springs High School there was one tiny Latin 1 class and a small Latin 2 class. By the end of the first week, the Latin 2 class became a split level Latin 2/3 class, and by the end of the 1st semester it also contained one Latin 4 student. I am retiring this May 2020, leaving two full time Latin teaching positions at the high school with a budding middle school Latin program.
