Bio
Jennifer Davies
I worked with Ginny for almost ten years while we were both contractors at the Dept of Energy. Ginny's knowledge of SAS was superb. She was always able to complete complicated data tasks and learn new skills quickly as the needs of the task changed. Ginny was able to troubleshoot and correct many programming problems with very little prior knowledge of the code in question. More than just her knowledge of the SAS programming language, she has a high understanding of the data and how the data table interconnected, enabling her to apply that understanding to more than just SAS when necessary. She was an excellent mentor to other team members and an asset to those she worked with. I left the Dept of Energy over two years ago and I still contact Ginny for programming support when necessary.

Ginny worked as a system developer that supported my federal team and I always appreciated how dedicated, thorough and inventive she was in coming up with solutions that allowed us to hit our publication deadlines and optimize our systems. Even in the face of underlying data problems and deadlines looming, Ginny would cheerfully offer to tackle issues we encountered and frequently offered thoughtful, comprehensive solutions that would help avoid problems in the future. I also appreciated Ginny's clear and straightforward communication style that was easy for non-technical folks like myself to follow and use to make decisions. Though we no longer work together, I know she continues to be highly regarded by her colleagues and the federal staff in the programs she supports.
