Ginger and I have worked together on many projects over the past three years at TCI. She has a way with words - no matter if it’s complicated standards going into a textbook or a one-liner for a marketing piece, she can quickly and effectively get the point across. Even when she and I are not working on the same project, I still find myself requesting time on her calendar to pick her brain. No matter how busy she is, Ginger always makes time for others. Her passion for education and for empowering her coworkers is inspirational. She often is one of the first people in the office and the last to leave because of her admirable work ethic. In addition to being an amazing team player, Ginger is a fast learner. She never hesitates to pick up new projects and learn on the fly. She is extremely inquisitive, which has helped her immensely in her career. Working in a small company, it’s often she needs to juggle many projects at once, but Ginger never misses a beat. I am lucky to have been able to work with Ginger at TCI, she is a delight to be around and to learn from.
