I was very fortunate to work with Ginger while at Kennametal in Lyndonville, Vermont. Ginger's strength, while she has many, is her ability to engage everyone and reinforce the positive in very difficult situations. Her teamwork and relationship building across all levels of the organization were outstanding and I consider her to be one of the most dedicated and loyal Human Resource professionals I have ever worked with.
