Gina has a rare gift...she is able to listen to others, honor their ideas, and focus their efforts toward a common goal. I had the great pleasure of working with Gina on a highly innovative project where she needed to harness the efforts of a large group of people over whom she had no direct authority. She displayed amazing resilience and capability in moving the project forward. Gina is an OD expert. She knows her field and demonstrates its complexity in everything she does. Gina is gracious. She does not have an ego but rather, generously acknowledges others. Gina is capable of managing complex projects and achieving incredible results. Finally, she is a lovely human being. I am glad to call her a colleague but happier to call her my friend.

Worked with Gina in a multicultural project at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and her ability to see the big picture is amazing. Gina has her heart and soul in whatever she does and she is a master in people's skills. One of her strengths is on organization and strategic development.
