I was fortunate to work closely with Gina on several projects including the development of face to face and online professional development for K12 educators and greatly respected her ability to take complicated concepts and distill them into meaningful and actionable outcomes. Her knowledge of adulting learning and the team she lead were crucially important to the success of several high stakes initiatives. In her role, Gina was tasked with leading new work and guiding the organization through the refresh of our signature service. Gina's commitment to high quality work always made the work of the collective team better.

Debra Hunter

I was lucky to work with Gina for nearly four years at PBLWorks. Gina is one of smartest most hard-working people I know, and her skills span both facilitation and PD development. At PBLWorks she led the team who creates our highly rated and highly valued professional development materials. She both created these materials herself and also led others, setting high standards of excellence and quality. As a former teacher and facilitator, Gina has an uncanny ability to understand the pace of adult learning, creating PD that is powerful and also fun and engaging. In the midst of the COVID crisis, Gina and her team did extraordinary work to move eighteen face-to-face workshops online, while keeping engagement, interactivity and standards high. The fact that our already high ratings increased when we went online is a credit to Gina's ability to both model good PD and to lead a team with high standards for instructional design. Gina is also a thoughtful planner and project manager, a strong communicator and collaborator, a trainer of trainers, an a leader with passion and vision.
