One of my favorite people and favorite employees I have ever worked with! Gina worked alongside me while I was the Marketing Manager at the Regional Tourism Network (RTN) - Cincinnati USA. She has the innate ability to smooth the process, make the task easier and carry the team across the finish line. Gina personifies each and every project, putting herself completely into the task at hand. While working together at the RTN, Gina was charged with collecting, introducing, scheduling and coordinating our media and public relations outreach. She worked diligently, seeking and setting up radio, TV and event interviews for me and our team to drive tourism and promote the entire Cincinnati region. The programs she created were responsible for millions of dollars of travel and tourism spent in Cincinnati, while building brand awareness across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Tennessee - our targeted marketing region. During our time together Gina was so in tune with me, our projects and the big picture, she could finish my sentences, knew what I was thinking and as we often joked, translated my messages for clarity and precision. Gina works unbelievably well with others as part of a team or as a leader of the team. At any opportunity to work with Gina is a true opportunity to succeed!

Gina Martin is possibly the hardest working communications professional I know. Her work with me at the Ballet Board over a ten-year period showed her tenacity and devotion to the art, and the community. She rarely said no to a request to help during special events and was always participatory in the work of the board. Gina is delightful-always. She is highly skilled in her craft, and in her ability to bridge differences of opinion with reason and purpose. As a volunteer for SPCA's Fur Ball, "Gina was hard working and precise." And that's high praise when it comes from a Fur Ball Chair who could rarely be pleased by anything or anyone at times! Graceful and crisp, Gina is a thoughtful, dedicated and prompt woman who should be considered for any role in Communications, Organizational Dynamics and especially PR/Marketing. Get to know her!

Gina worked alongside my team (Superboss) to help with a large custom medical group website campaign. Her role was to be a liaison between us and the client, in addition to being tasked with copy, strategy and implementation. Although technically 200 miles away, it was almost as if Gina was an office over. Never once did we have to ask her to make a meeting or review a budget. In fact, she was the one managing most schedules—and did so effortlessly. I can’t say enough good things about Gina. She was a thoughtful part of our extended team and willingly stepped up when we needed to bridge questions and deliverables. Our project thrived as we met all deadlines and budget goals, in large part due to Gina and her role. We finished our project ahead of schedule, making it one of our most seamless launches in two years. I suspect our paths will cross again, and I’d have absolutely zero concerns using Gina for any project management jobs.
