Project Management - on various projects including Change Mangement/Compliance/L&D projects Reporting Produce various reports on successes (deliverables achieved) on issues and risks, key milestones. These reports are normally levelled depending on which level of management the report is for. This may also include Executive Summaries, MI (Management Information), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) etc. Planning All projects have a plan – including key milestones (levelled e.g. M0, M1, M2), all have a reference and be RAGd (Complete, Red – Missed/Will Miss, Amber – At Risk, Green – On track, Blue – Complete, Grey – Not planned). Normally these would be supported by tasks with resources assigned. Barriers to Delivery (RAID) Logs for Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and manage these to an agreed frequency and in line with minimum standards set by PMO. Each tab would be slightly different but would normally includes Reference number, Description, Impact, RAG, Impact Date (if applicable), Mitigation, Progress, Closure date, Owner etc. Change Control This would be a formal process and sign-off for changing milestones, scope and/or finances with agreed templates and sign-off approval in one/some of the meetings mentioned above. Finance & Resourcing Projects should have a set budget and the pmo would monitor forecast/ actual spend throughout the project. Resource activity can vary – would include tracking the resources and their cost, could be tracking assignment to tasks (with above), could be assisting with timesheets/ invoices. Configuration Management PMO would normally set naming conventions, also shared drive management, sharepoint if in use etc and the appropriate access to these. Show less
