Gina is an excellent strategic and tactical thinker. If you are looking for a Senior individual help you build brand and market share, I highly recommend her for your employment. While a member of my UK marketing team, Gina delivered the following: • Significantly increased iPipeline’s UK media presence and brand awareness within target markets, helping to extend the customer base by over 10%, in a short space of time. • Supported a global rebrand by developing, writing and launching new UK version of company website and creating all other relevant marketing collateral. • Strategised, planned and implemented marketing activity for 3 new product launches in the UK financial services industry, within very tight timescales. • Developed a new innovative online customer journey that front ended iPipeline’s Portal solution, enabling the business to better market and sell its adviser services, directly to clients, in a streamlined way.

Gina is used to managing marketing operations at a senior level, so when she approached us for this FTC to manage the mortgage marketing team, it was an easy choice. She quickly hit the ground running and led the team through an exceptionally busy time due to Covid19, where we had to set up all new processes and communications, whilst also keeping BAU actively going. The team have significantly increased in productivity and morale under her leadership and the team and I will be sorry to see her leave at the end of her contract.
