I am delighted to recommend Gina Christensen Florescu, Producer and Director of a documentary entitled: In state of Transit. The Evacuation Transit Center is a unique refugee evacuation camp, located in Timisoara, Romania. Gina was the inciting and most significant force behind the making of this documentary. The documentary covered interviews with refugees and Senior Politicians and Ambassadors in Romania. It also showed footage of refugee situations in trouble spots around the world. I can attest that the documentary is the best product ever made for UNHCR in Central Europe. Her intelligence, drafting skills and political intuition have impressed all who worked with her. The documentary has been shown by the Romanian Government to member States of the United Nations General Assembly and received much praise and acclaim. I can warmly recommend Gina and will not hesitate to recruit her again for any future projects. Machiel Salomons, Former Representative UNHCR in Romania Former UN Resident Cooridnator in Romana Currently, Principal Policy and Evaluation Advisor to the Hgih Commissioner. UNHCR
