My duties involve directly connecting with clients in order to produce a quality level sales department, especially in and around the Ventura County area. I am in charge of driving outside business and bringing in sales in traditional loans as well as the reverse mortgage products. I am the marketing manager, which includes a plethora of obligations including working closely with event planning and direct communication with all parties involved. I plan outside vendor events, speaking events and client appreciation orientated days.These events allow for business to further grow and expand on a person-to-person level, all of which dwell in the same community. I network and have developed strong relationships with real estate agents, Certified Financial Planners and insurance agencies. Managing the direct mail for "new business" campaigns and marketing is crucial and essential in order to continue our current book of business for new opportunities that is conducive to the current market. My skill set also consists of serving as the main liaison with outside marketing agencies, print mail, invitations and company brochures.
