I spent four months receiving coaching sessions from Gillian and its safe to say I have gained more tangible skills from the sessions we had than any other formal management training or coaching. I have already seen them have a positive impact on my work, which is incredible in such a short space of time. Gillian takes time to get to know you, your objectives and works collaboratively with you in order ensure you get the most out of your sessions. I couldn't recommend Gillian highly enough.

Gillian did a great job as my coach as I transitioned into a leadership role. She really helped me to find focus and take stock of what was and wasn't worthy of my attention. In working with her I feel I really increased my impact at work, and also found much better balance between my work life and my home life.
