Gillian and I have worked twice together. Once as colleagues at University of Edinburgh but second time around I was the client at Wood Mackenzie. The project was 3 month fast track acquisition integration of Roskill and restructure for our Metals and Mining Division ~100 staff. Gillian was a pleasure to work with and quickly built trust and credibility. The main focus was redundancy consultations, benefits harmonisation and TUPE. The project was delivered to high standard, on time, mitigating risk. But crucially as well as being knowledgeable and competent HR professional she was fun to work with and felt a full member of our team to meet our goals. I would love to work with her again.
