  The pioneer in this role I have designed and launched a whole school careers and pastoral curriculum, delivered by 40 faculty. I manage a dedicate team of counselors to prepare, support and process 1000 highly selective university applications to over 15 different countries annually. I created and direct our intensive summer program JumpStart! Our primary destinations are the UK and US and so I am very much a specialist in UCAS and Common App applications with membership of the relevant professional bodies and an attendee at international conferences. I travel extensively to network with admissions and alumni globally. I have successfully streamlined our systems using collaborative technologies and cascade training. I am a School Leadership Team member, Alumni Committee member, Council of International Schools Accreditation Committee member and a Performance Manager within the school.

  Responsible for the pastoral and academic care for Grades 11 and 12 (Year 12 and 13). Designed and implemented a Sixth Form Leadership Program. Led a program of Sixth Form General Studies focused on current affairs, community awareness and environmental issues. Liaison with the Director of Studies on academic matters, Vice Principal on pastoral matters and the Director of Marketing on presentational matters. Increased student numbers in the sixth form by 30% in one year. Successfully processed university applications for a wide range of countries. Promoted the introduction of IELTS for Sixth Form Students, and an induction program to the Sixth Form. Implemented a new dress code and a formal careers program through Futurewise.
