  - Primary caregiver and mentor for groups of ~10-12 middle and high school aged campers at remote overnight summer camp in the South Puget Sound. - Plan and lead daily program activities such as sailing, nature hikes, crafts, and team building games, and provide support to campers, facilitating connections with their peers. - Plan and lead two night self-sustained overnight boating adventures each session. These excursions included boat logistics, navigation and tide tracking, along with cooking on a fire and sleeping under the stars. Show less
