  I oversee the social and emotional development, well being, and the overall behavior, of the Upper School Student body at MKA. I teach Political Theory-Honors, which is a senior elective in the History Department. I also oversee the Advisor program and the four Grade Deans at the Upper School. I partner with the School Counselor, School Nurse and Academic Dean to oversee the well being of students on an individual and group basis.

  During my first 10 years at MKA, I was a Grade Dean for all Upper School grade levels, co-advised our Peer Leader program, and taught a variety of classes in the History Department-concentrating mostly on Modern U.S. History.
