  As the staff photographer, I attend all major events and take photos aimed at the theme of the week. At the end of the week, a selection of the best photos is made for posting on Facebook, Instagram and most of the photos end up on the Alumni web site as where participants can retrieve all photos pertinent to their activities. Each week Encounters hosts an average of 150 students from all across Canada aged from 16 to 18. Their visit is to help them discover what our Capital has to offer plus the intense hands on about the discipline they came to learn and discover. The program starts in September and ends in April, with a two months break period during Christmas time.Photographs are used to promote the program Nationally and are available for download upon registering at the Alumni section.
