TradeDirect is Kier new internal procurement and external e-commerce platform launched in October 2018. I was brought in to finalise the PIM provider and develop the supplier on boarding process. Devising and implementing the business improvement strategy. These implementations supported the growth of TradeDirect from a turnover from £3k per month in January to £300k per month in May.- Implementation, platform design and delivery of a new Product Information Management System - Pimberly- Set strategy and processes for onboarding suppliers and setting the workflow dynamic for automating data imports into new PIM and eCommerce systems to launch TradeDirect for Kier.- Improved the PIM workflows, decreasing onboarding and upload time per asset.- Project Managed the continued development of TradeDirect, Kier’s internal & external procurement platform- Digital Asset Management for new TradeDirect Ecommerce and Procurement Systems for Kier PLC.- Implementation of Bizvu Order Orchestration and Smart Inbox Software and BigCommerce Ecommerce platform.- Managed and recruited for the Digital Asset Management and Pricing Analyst Teams for Kier’s TradeDirect project.- Devised system requirements with SaaS providers, to achieve strategic goals and future proof system requirements.- Delivered design workshops to formulate TradeDirect software requirements, releases and enhancements- Resource planning and budgeting for the upscaling of Digital Assets from 5,000 to over 100,000 SKUs- Optimised and improved RfQ process decreasing response turnaround to under 24hrs- Implemented separate customer and supplier fulfilment environments, increasing customer service productivity- Reduced the number of ‘non-productive’ processes suppliers had to undertake to process orders- UAT and User Experience Testing design and delivery for PIM, Ecommerce and order orchestration systemsand delivered systems training to all external TradeDirect suppliers and internal users

We have developed the e-commerce porthole from conception and are now running the shop along with marketing utilising a number of channels including sponsorship, social media and print.Tewin Bury Farm - delivered content management and editing with aims from raising awareness to improving website flow. Other projects included, working with companies in the hospitality, food and beverage, business services, retail and media sectors. Implemented a social media campaign including producing a series of videos, revamp of website and creation of an online channel with the deliverable to increase website sales. The desired outcomes are currently on target.Multi-site high impact pre Christmas campaign for automotive related company covering London and the South East. Delivered a very positive Vox Pox and an increase in sales enquiries across the 6 week exposure.
