Gill has a constant drive to produce the best work possible in any given situation. He hates cutting corners and he hates when things aren't neat. I was privileged to work with him at the Intel Austin location. Gill is a natural-born leader and self-starter. This attitude trickles down to his coworkers and empowers the team to do better than they could on their own. This attitude was vital during the project to move the Intel Austin data center. I don't think we would have been able to nail down materials needed or get everything prepped for both existing and new hardware during that project without his participation. We landed all the necessary hardware, fiber enclosures, copper tie, cabling for the cabinets, and labeled and tested all the connections. Gill is an asset to any company and to any team. I sincerely hope to work with him again and feel blessed to call him a friend.
