As Group HR & Compliance Manager I am fully accountable for all aspects of the department including, benefits administration, workers compensation, recruitment, employee retention, laying off, training and development, coordinate and manage recruitment, selection and induction processes for all staff, prepare and ensure legally sound and clear contracts. I organise training sessions for staff members based on identified training needs, manage payroll, rewards and recognition, perform annual leave calculations, prepare starters and leavers references and immigration paperwork. I ensure health and safety at the work place by using all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to HSE requirements.
