I initially joined as Commercial Manager before being selected to head a dedicated team, based at an existing customer’s site, as Operations Manager. Working with a highly dedicated team of engineers we spent just over two years offsite before a successful relocation to Alken HQ in Birch Vale. Providing a service second to none our portfolio of customers has grown over the last decade as we expanded into a variety of engineering sectors. In 2015 following a successful management buy-in Alken Systems Ltd was formed. As Managing Director of Alken Systems Ltd I recognise that customer service is primary and take pride in the company created and the team who work with me to make it successful.
