Bob Flint

Giles is a superb programme manager, working tirelessly to deliver on customer requirements, whilst balancing these with the needs of his own business. As well as deep technical understanding, he has strong people skills, and is a tactful communicator. This enables him to perform in rapidly changing, dynamic environments and to earn high levels of trust within the organisation and customer networks. I would readily work with Giles again.

Responsible for managing component and system development, and delivery to customers within the automotive sector. Customers included Ford, Land Rover, Rover Cars and Bentley Motor Cars. A key challenge in this role is to introduce this new technology into existing vehicle platforms to provide a foothold for future vehicles. Co-ordination of activities between Siemens sites in the UK, Germany and Canada with a supply chain spanning Europe make this a complex programme to deliver.
