I worked with Gilbert on a Risk Remediation Project. As a Human Factors Usability Engineer he provided the insightful application of the physical and psychological characteristics that effect the use of Surgical Instrumentation by nurses and other end users. As a clinician, I did not really know what all went into defining the usability of device instrumentation. Gilbert took the time to educate and share his experience.
