Job shall be completed within the control budget limit. • Maintaining of Documents and Records in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14000-2004 norms. • Capable to work as QA/QC manager for Medium size to Large scale Construction & EPC Project. • Well technical knowledge in Quality Control specification for Petrochemical, Refineries and Power Plant Project • Joint inspection with Client and Owner • Capable to prepare Inspection and Test Plan • Capable to prepare inspection schedule • Capable to prepare of Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Record, Welder Qualification Test Record & NDT Procedure. • Capable to work as Manager and Team Leader. • Well knowledge of Inter National Standard and Specification i.e. ASME, AWS D1.1 ASTM. • Capable to prepare and maintaining the Documents for ISO requirement. • Monitor, assess statically data, and ensure that the welding reject ratio is below the target rejection ratio of the project and prepare the corrective /preventive action plan and take necessary control and measures if variances are increased. • Establish a training program for all personnel related to welding works • Inspection and Identification of Raw Materials for Fabrication work. • Reviewing of Post Weld Heat Treatment Charts • Interpretation of Radiography Films • Preparation of Site Work Conformation File as per the Inspection and Test Plan • Capable to handing over of Final Document to Client and Owner as per the ITP requirement.
