1. Making rooms and breakout rooms according to the lecture schedule and inform the meeting number (zoom link). 2. Approve or admit participants who will enter Zoom, and it will be adjusted to the predetermined lecture schedule. 3. Setting the zoom so that lecturers and students who take part in the zoom can choose and enter their respective breakout rooms, according to the courses that are running on that day. 4. Responsible if there is an error in the lecture schedule or in zoom. 5. Opened the zoom room 15 minutes before the lecture starts, broadcast all or a notification that the class will end 15 minutes before the lecture ends and responsible for operating zoom for >75 course classes in one week.
