I have worked with Gido for almost two years. In his first job he was member of my team as mechanical technical expert. I have known Gido as very open and critical person. Gido was the driving force behind the implementation of predictive maintenance in our plant. I really enjoyed working with Gido.

Gido is a good professional at his job and a very nice person to work with. He can convince people when necessary and does not hesitate to take the lead when a project or job requires that, but always without damaging or hurting the other people involved. He is a real team player and for sure make’s the team he is involved, much better. Jumping to a conclusion is not in his vocabulary, he looks at a problem or challenge at every angle and comes with a solution that is well substantiated by facts and figures. Above all other things, Gido is a real good person and he was an great asset in my team and a thank him for that.
