Having just founded Unumed together with my partners, I played a hybrid role that was more of the bridge between our software engineers and the market.Internally, I would co-run the Kenyan office on top of collecting specifications for our minimum viable product that was to be released in 2016.I also took lead in building and documenting the specifications for the ERP part of the system. These included building specifications for Sales, Purchases, Insurance Claims, Procurement, Inventory, Banking, HR, Payroll and Asset Management modules.Externally, I would be involved in business development activities and concept creation together with my business development co-directors.
