  Responsible for the overall management and development of Shomoshti Project that is managed by CARE Bangladesh and financed by Swiss agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The STL is leading the implementation of the project ensuring participation, vision and guidance of the project's steering structure. The STL ensures that the technical direction of the project is geared to achieve desired impact, and project operations maximize value for money, while maintaining donor liaison and stakeholder relationships, and overall management of the project. The STL is playing a supportive role towards the Shomoshti’s thematic coordinators, specialists, regional teams and other stakeholders in the development and implementation of project concepts, approaches and operational strategies, as well as achieving standards set for staff development, project impact, and monitoring and result measurement.
