Achievements: - Implemented year on year logistics, print and distribution savings of over £3,000,000 since 2015. - Planned, developed and implemented a logistics network that has allowed City AM to conceive its own Luxury Magazine division that now publishes over 22 titles a year across 4 different publications identifying an entirely new revenue stream and brand extension. - Development of a set of contract and procurement procedures including supporting documents to ensure transparency and compliance in the supply chain. - Instrumental in significantly reorganising the supply chain by building and developing an integrated in-house transport strategy which has enhanced shareholder value through innovative solutions in forecasting, planning, sourcing, logistics, finance, management, skills capacity development, information technology and performance management across the end to end components of the companies distribution model. - Led cost reduction initiatives to reach operating income and cash flow targets. - City AM 2016 Q1 Outstanding Achievement Award. - Key member of management committees dedicated to enforcing a new KPI driven focus for management.
