I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Marco for 4 years at Noodles & Company where he was my Senior Director of Operations. Marco has a natural ability to recognize, recruit, retain and motivate high performing talent. I still remain in touch with that team of leaders who all have impressive careers. Marco provided each of us with the proper direction and autonomy while being a true servant leader.
