  With the aim to reduce downtime during maintenance operations, the control room have to take over the management of the fleets centralizing the remote monitoring of the trains. In charge to develop this approach for the Italian’s trains (+300 regional and +40 high speed); the role include the selection of resources (system engineers, data analyst and data scientist), the definition of processes and interfaces with the depots, the updating of Key Performance Indicators provided to the Service Italy management committee. The team is in charge to analyse the diagnostic data collected by the trains talking advantage of the big data company system (HealthHub) , business analytics and business inteligence sw configuired internally.The team shall also propose modification to improve reliability and availability of the trains and shall especially propose modification to improve diagnostic accuracy.Condition Based Maintenance is one of the main target to achieve for a fleet of 150 regional being commissioned starting from 2018.
