Working with Giang was one of the best experience I have had in a group project. He was not only a co-worker but also a great mentor who looked at the product development process from, what I call, a "manager" view of point. It's not only about programming but it is also about how to merge different pieces of a big picture together, knowing what to do first and what to do last - that's what Giang has taught me.
