I know Giancarlo since June 2010. For five years he was my direct Manager. I reported to him in my duties at Trapani airport. Professional, with a comprehensive preparation both on operational and managerial aspects, summarizes well the qualities of an ideal manager; e.g., reliability, ability to control and verify the structure, consistency, ability to achieve the objectives set by the governance, trustworthiness. Moreover, I would also focus my recommendation on two aspects in particular, that represent, in some way, the Giancarlo’s legacy that I carry around: the integrity and the resiliency. In these years, I several times saw circumstances where Giancarlo acted with integrity; the outer expression of his inner character, manifestation of an unshakable set of principles that you know he never violate or put in discussion under any circumstances.
