Recruitment is an annual event of Creatio Marketing Club and its aim is to recruit new generation for the term 2020-2021. My main responsibilities and achievement for this project:- Working with different departments to achieve the project's goals- Plan and manage team to reach potential sponsorships: +10 partners and total revenue: 20milion VND- Ensure the two parties's working process and immediately solve if there were problems arising unexpectedly- Be responsible for external communicationsIn this role, I had a chance to experience and develop my leader skill as well as my communication skills. And although covid 19 happened, my team successfully attained double revenue compared to last year.
