•Work under the guidance and supervision of Project Manager and Technical Trainings Specialist. •Prepare the detailed plan for implementation of Better Cotton Standard System (BCSS) as per approved KPIs of the project. •Capacity building of field staff including Producer Unit Managers, Field Facilitators, Women Trainers and Women Village Trainers for implementation of Better Cotton Standard System (BCSS) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) at project level. •Ensure the most possible effective and efficient utilization of activity wise allocated budget available in project to perform the approved activities. •Ensure the on time collection, credibility and quality of all types of data as with required parameters by organization/ donor including lists of farmers, workers (male and female), Result Indicator data, utilization reports etc. •To carryout monitoring and evaluation activities while visiting the sites and conducting the review and feedback sessions at office and to ensure the implementation of Corrective Actions in their true spirit. •Ensure the necessary documentation and trainings record maintenance at project level. •Prepare and submit all types of reports including activity, monthly highlight, and quarterly, mid-term and end year reports as required by organization/ donor with in the given timelines. •Coordinate and facilitate the conduction of shadow Self-Assessment, BCI, 3rd party verifications process. •Organize and conduct meetings, workshops, seminars, visits, and briefings as and when required. •Any other assignments required for satisfactory completion of the key role requirements.
