  Marafiq Project is rehabilitation of Gas Turbines • The SPEEDTRONIC Mark V Removal and replace with latest system. • The SPEEDTRONIC Digital Mark Vie Integrated Control System (ICS) Panel. • Worked at 4.16Kv Generator Circuit Breaker, 4.16Kv to 480 Stepdown Transformer, Protection Relay Panel replace with latest control system of generator and transformer. Generator Control panel ,Silicone Rectifier, DC Compartment, Switch Gear 4.16kv & 480v, MCB, MCCB, High Voltage Transformer 600v to 115kv HV Isolated Phase Bar(IPB) duct. 480VAC MCC Panel. All these equipment replacement and termination & determination and modifications as per drawing • RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) & Thermocouple. • Installation of LV Power & Control Panels & switchgears • Installation of MV Power & Control Panels & switchgears • Responsible for termination of junction boxes, control panels etc. • Cable Glanding & Termination • Also have done the construction progress of the following: • Primary & Secondary cable pulling • Panel Cabinet & Console Installations • Field instrument & Junction Box installation • Conducted the following tests in various Electrical Equipment’s: • The IR testing of Motor’s winding / termination of 3 Phase Motor • Continuity test of cables • Commissioning & Pre-Commissioning help • Participated in the Commissioning & Pre-Commissioning of Motors • Cable ID/Ferrules printer CANON MK2500 manually and computerized can use easily. • SS Tag machine also can use • Insulation testing of cables • Cad Welding and installation of earthing system as per requirement • Good Knowledge of Analog and digital control cables • Installations of instruments and control panel patch panel cables. • Instrument Cable termination and installation. • Instrument, power, control, Cable tray, and conduit installation. • knowledge of multimeter, megger, non-contact cable tester and have a good capability to understand new machines or testing equipment with a technical mind Show less
