Mangrove Place Project – Al Reem Island Organize and plan essential central services for a 31 story building with 480 luxurious residential apartments and retail shops. Ritz Carlton Hotel – DIFC project Coordinate and assist the Facility manager in all the required FM services in addition to landscaping, waste management and energy management. The hotel consists of 341 guestrooms and 124 serviced apartments. - Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day activities to ensure timely resolution to assigned tasks. - Assist in setting up the call center to administer incoming defect reporting or information inquiries from other departments. - Prepare, with the support of the engineering team, the asset register that has a detailed record of the Ritz Carlton equipment / installations which would assist in the following: o Plan and Schedule the maintenance. o Document and track maintenance history for each asset. o Track expenses incurred on each asset. o Spares parts Management. - Follow up on the recycling of material which is carried out by sub-contractors. - Ensure that energy conservation practices are being implemented to reduce consumption of water, electricity and chilled water. - Lead an overall responsibility of the FMIS software for Maintenance, Cleaning, and Fleet Management. - Work closely with clients to understand/evaluate ongoing requirements and adjust system functionality to ensure strong customer satisfaction levels while maintaining projects’ requirements. - Grow clients’ capabilities on efficiently using their customized self-service client interface. - Grow the technical teams ‘capabilities via ongoing trainings on the system modules to optimize team efficiency and performance.
