  I work as Quality Assurance Tester in TSD department for Bluepay that work with IT devs in Shenzen, China. My responsibly is to assure the App and the Vending Machine woks flawlessly without any bugs and i also maintain the complints from user so i can gather what is the problems that user encounters when using our app and the vending machine. My other responsibly is to handle the refund that have to made when our user had the problems with their purchasing item/s.
