  . At Bébé Sucré Nursery, my duty is to observe and assess psychological development in children under 4 years old (on a behavioral, socio-affective and cognitive level). . I work in a multidisciplinary team, in cooperation with a speech therapist and a psychomotor therapist, making our observations and recommendations whole. . I accompany teachers and guide them to help every child depending on his/her needs and according to the most recent studies. . I hold meetings with parents when we need to notify them of anything related to their child or helping them through tips, recommendations or even orientations for external consultation sessions. . I communicate with external specialists who follow our children outside, in order to be informed of their progress and provide them with the most appropriate care accordingly at the nursery. .
