  Raychat is a customer support service that enables you to engage with your customers with a live chat almost anywhere: inside your app, on your website, across social media. • Created an offline-first version of the Web App using PWA, allowing automatic updates after any feature pushed to production, also configuring push notifications for Web App utilizing Firebase. • Made the Raychat chat widget compatible for installation on SPAs and standardizing and apply SEO optimization, also boost its speed with serving assets in a standard way. • Implemented a caching system to store and retrieve chat messages, optimizing message loading time. • Developed a new Landing Page for Raychat using Next.js and TypeScript, focusing on fast loading speed and implementing multilanguage support, resulting in a visually captivating and responsive user experience. • Added localization support to all existing projects of the company (Dashboard, chat Web App, chat Widget and new version of Landing Page) • Transformed legacy code bases into the React ecosystem, Redesigning the Dashboard and chat Web App. • Debugging and resolving issues in existing production codebases, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. • Implementing cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for features, ensuring seamless functionality across different browsers and devices with varying viewports.
